Madison’s Mission volunteers spent a cheerful afternoon with the Special Education class at
Jarrettown Elementary School for an autumn activity involving pumpkin decorating.
The classroom quickly became a lively art studio full of creativity. The children had fun working
on their motor skills while decorating their pumpkins with paint and googly eyes. In the end,
the students were proud and satisfied with their pumpkins. The activity ended with a candy
scavenger hunt and a break outside to enjoy the fall weather.
